Day 1: Marrakech → Tizi n’Tichka → Ait Ben Haddou → Zagora

Your journey starts with a drive through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass with panoramic views. The first highlight is Ait Ben Haddou, where you’ll explore its ancient clay architecture and film history.

After lunch in Ouarzazate, the route leads south through the stunning Draa Valley, filled with date palms and traditional villages. By late afternoon, you’ll reach Zagora, where a camel trek takes you into the dunes of Erg Chigaga (or nearby dunes) for sunset.
